This product is made in the traditional way by Moon Wan-ki, the first Sikhye master in Korea. It is made with raw materials such as contract-grown Gyeonggi rice and pure domestic malt syrup. It is produced by washing the rice with clean water more than 5 times to make the most delicious cooked rice, mixing it with malt syrup, and then going through a long saccharification process using the traditional method.
