● Stir-fried domestically produced zucchini!

Ingredients: dried zucchini, salt water (1 part salt, 1 part water), cooking oil
Seasoning: soy sauce, sesame salt, chopped green onion, chopped garlic, sesame oil (or perilla oil)
1. Soak the zucchini in lukewarm water for about 20 to 30 minutes until soft, then lightly squeeze out the water so that it does not break apart.
2. Heat a pan, add cooking oil, and stir-fry the drained pumpkin and salt water.
3. When it boils, add chopped green onions and minced garlic, season with soy sauce, and stir-fry.
4. Cover with a lid and let sit for a while.
