Master Kim Young-sook was recognized for her contributions to improving and developing the recipe for the traditional food Bokryongjohwago, which she learned from her grandmother-in-law in 1966, and was designated a Korean Food Master. She is now leading the way as a guardian of our food and a rice cake artisan.
