[Soso] 700g of washed sea salt aged for 3 years
Sea salt, called the flower of life created by sunlight, makes a crackling sound as the salt crystallizes. Experience safe and mineral-rich sea salt produced in a traditional ceramic tile crystallization facility. As a 4th generation company, we present sea salt with the know-how accumulated over a long period of time. We will always be a Sooso that produces clean sea salt with the thought of feeding it to our families.
Production and distribution process
HACCP large-scale state-of-the-art facility
The produced sea salt is transported to a comprehensive sea salt processing plant operated directly by the company, where it undergoes a washing + dehydration + drying + foreign substance selection process using the country's largest, most advanced automatic equipment to remove foreign substances and contamination caused by yellow dust.
Manufacturing process
Traditional Pottery Tiles
The salt farm of the sound of salt coming has earthenware tiles on the floor. It is a traditional method different from most salt farms, and it can produce salt by filtering impurities while allowing the mud flat to breathe. It is safe to use the one-day salt extraction method in the earthenware tile crystallization pond, and although the salt loss rate is somewhat high and the profitability is low, it is the way to make the cleanest salt, so we insist on it.
Top quality ingredients
Premium sea salt
The salt from the salt coming sound (So-so) has even particles and the salt itself is lumpy without moisture. You can eat it with confidence as it is 100% domestic sea salt aged for 3 years from the breathing West Sea tidal flats.
