There is a place that still maintains its old appearance, as if it were straight out of a 70s movie. It is Seochon’s Yeonghwaru, known as the first Chinese restaurant to deliver to the Blue House.
The rich Jjamppong broth is generously filled with domestically produced onions, cabbage, various vegetables, mushrooms, and squid, creating an exquisite, rich texture.
● How to enjoy it deliciously!
1. Boil the frozen noodles in boiling water for about 50 seconds, then drain and place in a bowl.
2. Add the frozen chili pepper jjambbong broth package to boiling water and boil for 7 minutes.
3. Place the prepared noodles in a bowl and pour in the heated spicy jjambbong broth. Enjoy.
Tip. Remove all the moisture from the noodles, transfer them to a bowl, let them dry for about a minute, then pour in the broth. This way, you can enjoy a thick consistency just like at a restaurant.
Tip: If you want it spicier, you can add some green chili peppers or minced garlic.
