We have prepared Baek Jjamppong, which has a refreshing and light flavor.
Adding chewy squid and oyster mushrooms adds even more fun to chewing. With chewy hand-made noodles and a light yet rich white jjambbong sauce, you can easily complete a wonderful dish.

Chewy, hand-made noodles, and a spicy, not-too-sweet sauce!

The dough is kneaded with sufficient water to strengthen the gluten of the wheat flour and the noodles are aged for a long time at an appropriate temperature through 'multi-water aging', boasting chewier and firmer noodles.
The sauce is moderately spicy, not too sweet, and not too stimulating, so it's good for our children to eat.

A bowl of gourmet cuisine that's easy to enjoy!

1. Since the noodles are pre-cooked, thaw them in boiling water for about 30 seconds, then drain them in a colander (do not cook them as they are quickly cooled after cooking).
2. Thaw the sauce and fry it in a frying pan with a tablespoon of oil for about 1 minute.
3. Add the pre-heated noodles to the stir-fried sauce and stir-fry quickly for about 1 minute and 30 seconds. Then, serve in a bowl and enjoy.

We used Chinese oyster sauce and added domestic cabbage and onions to create a richer and cleaner taste.
It boasts a rich garnish with premium seafood such as cuttlefish, squid rings, and boiled clams, as well as oyster mushrooms, green onions, and carrots.
It is not spicy or salty, but rather light and refreshing, so it is great for the whole family to enjoy.
