Instead of reducing the buckwheat content compared to the noodles used in cold buckwheat noodles, we added potatoes to maximize the chewy texture.
The spicy buckwheat noodles with bright red seasoning will whet your appetite. They are made to taste as good as possible at the original restaurant, so enjoy them with boiled eggs and various vegetables.

● How to enjoy it deliciously!

1. Please thaw the product in the refrigerator or by placing it in cold water. Buckwheat noodles must be thawed and gently loosened by hand before boiling to prevent them from breaking.
2. 2. Boil buckwheat noodles in 1L of boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Stir while boiling to prevent the noodles from clumping together, and when bubbles start to form, pour in cold water about 2/3 of a shot glass. The noodles will become more chewy.
3. Rinse the boiled noodles in cold water several times, then drain them in a colander to remove moisture.
4. Put the noodles in a bowl, add the bibim oil first and mix, then add the bibim sauce and mix.
5. Just like at the main branch, prepare boiled eggs, radish greens, sliced lettuce, cucumbers, cabbage, etc. separately and mix them together in Bibim Emil. Adjust the amount of seaweed and sesame seeds to your taste.
