[Gwanghwamun Mijin] Buckwheat noodles (for 2) 1022g

A buckwheat specialty that you can find at home!

Mijin, which has been in business for over 60 years in the old Pimatgol area between Gwanghwamun Station and Jonggak Station, is always crowded with people looking for buckwheat noodles.
This is a Korean-style buckwheat noodle dish made by rolling chewy buckwheat noodles in a salty yet sweet soup with plenty of pickled radish, dried laver powder, and green onions.

● Enjoy Mijin’s signature menu at home!

Enjoy Mijin's signature menu, buckwheat noodles, conveniently at home through Curly. The taste of the main branch has been recreated as much as possible, so prepare freshly sliced green onions separately at home and enjoy making the soup to your taste.
You will be amazed by the refreshing yet deep savory flavor.

● How to enjoy it deliciously!

  1. Please thaw the product in the refrigerator or by placing it in cold water. Buckwheat noodles must be thawed and gently loosened by hand before boiling to prevent them from breaking.
  2. Boil buckwheat noodles in 1L of boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Stir while boiling to prevent the noodles from clumping together, and when bubbles start to form, pour in cold water, about 2/3 of a shot glass. The noodles will become chewier.
  3. Rinse the boiled noodles in cold water several times, then drain them in a colander to remove moisture.
  4. Put the noodles in a bowl, add the bibim oil first and mix, then add the bibim sauce and mix.
  5. Serve with freshly sliced green onions or horseradish prepared separately on top. ❉ Ingredients: ① Buckwheat noodles (170gX2 bags) ② Buckwheat sauce (290gX2 bags), ③ Dried radish (50gX2 bags), ④ Seaweed and sesame seeds (1.2gX2 bags)
