Gampo Jeonchon Jeotgal Chujeot Shrimp Jeot is a product made by catching shrimp in the clean waters of Korea during September to October of the lunar calendar and aged using Shinan sea salt with the brine removed. It is a national salted seafood with soft flesh and not salty, so it is widely used for kimchi and cooking.
