q  Procedure for Order Cancellation/Exchange/Return

   Check the Return Deadline

   Order cancellation is only possible before shipping.

   Exchange and refund requests can be made within 7 days after receiving the product.

   Prepare for Return/Exchange

   Prepare the customer's proof of purchase (receipt or order number) / email address (contact) / product photo.

   Submit Return/Exchange Request

q  Conditions for Order Cancellation/Exchange/Return

   Returns and exchanges must be requested in advance.

   Order cancellation is only possible before the product is shipped.

   Exchange/return requests can be made within 7 days after receiving the product.

   Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send it. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

   The product should not have any loss of components or damage/malfunction/contamination due to mishandling.

   The product packaging should be intact, and the product tag should not be removed to enable resale.

   Returns/exchanges are free of charge for defective items, incorrect delivery, etc. due to seller's negligence.

   Returns for discounted items are not accepted.

 

q  Methods and Costs for Order Cancellation/Exchange/Return

   Returns/exchanges for product defects or delivery errors caused by the Seller will be free of charge.

   Order cancellations/exchanges/returns due to buyer's fault (such as simple change of mind) will be processed as follows:   

   Order cancellation (before shipment): The buyer notifies the seller, and the seller credits the buyer with a credit (cash payment amount + reward points used). However, if the customer wants a cash refund, the seller will refund the amount after deducting the restocking cost and card fee (30% of the product price).

   Returns (after shipping): The buyer notifies the seller and sends the goods to be returned to the seller (shipping fee is paid by the customer). In principle, the seller will credit the customer with a credit (cash payment amount + reward points used). However, if the customer wants a cash refund, the seller will refund the amount after deducting the restocking cost and card fee (30% of the product price). Also, the shipping cost will be excluded from the refund amount.

   Exchange (before shipping): The buyer notifies the seller and reorders the goods for exchange. The seller cancels the order.

   Exchange (after shipping): The buyer notifies the seller and reorders the exchange. The buyer notifies the seller and returns the item to be exchanged to the seller (shipping costs are paid by the customer). In addition, the Seller shall credit the customer with a credit (Cash Payment amount + Reward Points used). However, if the customer wants a cash refund, the refund will be made after deducting the card fee. Also, the shipping fee will be excluded from the refund amount.
