Enjoy the rich, savory flavor of bonito flakes floating on ice!
Introducing Japanese cold buckwheat soba, dipped in a rich broth. It is prepared for two people, including the essential raw wasabi and grated radish, as well as the bonito topping that enriches the broth.
Please slightly melt the broth with deep savory flavor containing concentrated bonito flakes. Enjoy the refreshing buckwheat soba noodles floating on ice cubes.

Production and distribution process

Simply prepare boiling water!

All the ingredients for delicious soba are prepared in one place. Just prepare boiling water and you can easily cook it without any additional ingredients. In particular, it contains minced radish and fresh wasabi, so you can enjoy it with a sweet and sour taste.

Manufacturing process

Authentic Japanese soba broth with a deep, rich flavor!
Buckwheat noodles made with a multi-tasking method!

The flavor of buckwheat soba is determined by the soba broth. Hakoya has created an authentic Japanese soba broth with a deep flavor by boiling tsuyu katsuobushi and kelp.
The texture of buckwheat noodles was not missed either. The buckwheat dough, which is soaked in moisture using a multi-hand method, is rolled thinly more than 8 times to create chewy buckwheat noodles with a firm texture.

How to use

Cook easily!

1. Boil the buckwheat noodles in boiling water while they are still frozen over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Stir the noodles while cooking to prevent them from clumping together, and add a little cold water when bubbles start to form.
2. Rinse the boiled noodles in cold water several times, drain them in a strainer, and place them in a bowl. Rub the noodles vigorously with your palms to remove the starch, making them even tastier.
3. Thaw the soba broth by soaking it in cold water for 5 minutes while it is still frozen to make a shaved ice broth. Pour the broth into a separate bowl and add the included minced radish, bonito flakes, and fresh wasabi to finish.
4. You can experience the taste of authentic buckwheat noodles by soaking them in cool soba broth.
