[LF Food] Mono Kitchen Euljiro Pocha Golbaengitang 560g

A popular menu item at Euljiro’s street food stalls!
Enjoy spicy and light golbaengi soup!!

When it comes to the most popular menu on Euljiro Food Truck Street, you can't miss out on golbaengi soup.
It is made even more filling by adding plump, meaty golbaengi (whales) with their skins on, adding green and red peppers to the clear, spicy broth, and even adding kalguksu noodles.

The taste of eating a spicy whelk by peeling it from its shell!

You can easily make it by boiling the pre-cooked golbaengi and the included ingredients once. The chewy texture of the golbaengi and the spicy broth are superb. Invite your friends to your own food stall and enjoy a hot delicacy with a drink.

Clean, simple, and refreshing!

Fresh sea squirts are cleaned thoroughly and boiled once, making them easy to cook. The meat is soft and chewy.
We added spiciness to the refreshing and spicy clam broth base with green chili peppers and red chili peppers.
You can add chewy kalguksu noodles to it, so you can enjoy it as a snack or side dish, or even as a full meal.

How to enjoy it!

1. Rinse the frozen snails thoroughly in running water. Add about 600 ml of cold water and the included sauce to a pot and boil over medium heat.
2. When the water starts to boil, add the washed snails and vegetable packs (green onions, green/red peppers) and boil for about 2-3 minutes.
3. Add frozen kalguksu noodles and boil for about 2 minutes until the noodles are fully cooked. Enjoy.
4. If you want to enjoy the kalguksu noodles separately, after eating all the golbaengi, add the included kalguksu noodles to the remaining broth and boil for 2-3 minutes until the noodles are cooked.

❉ Be careful when washing the sea squirts as broken pieces of sea squirt shells may remain.
