● Stir-fried domestically produced radish greens!

* Ingredients: 50g dried shiitake mushrooms, appropriate amount of cooking oil, 1/4 cup water
* Seasoning: 2~3T soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp minced garlic, 1 minced green onion, 2T sesame oil, a little sesame seeds
1. Soak in water overnight, then blanch in boiling water, rinse several times, and squeeze out the water.
2. Add chopped green onions, chopped garlic, and soy sauce to the shiitake mushrooms and mix well.
3. Put cooking oil in a pan and fry the seasoned shiitake mushrooms.
4. When almost cooked, add a little water and stir-fry, then open the lid and let it sit.
5. Turn off the heat, add sesame oil and sesame seeds and mix well.
