● Stir-fried domestically produced eggplant!

* Ingredients: 70g dried eggplant, 1/2 onion, 1 green chili pepper, 1/2 green onion, 100ml water, a little oil for frying
* Seasoning: 1T soy sauce, 12T minced garlic, sesame oil, salt
1. Soak in cold water for 5-6 hours.
2. Drain the water from the soaked eggplants.
3. Add soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, and a little salt and leave for about 10 minutes.
4. Put about 2T of sesame oil in the pan and stir-fry.
5. Add onion, garlic, and a little water and stir-fry, then close the frying pan lid and cook thoroughly.
6. Season with salt and add sesame oil and sesame seeds for a nutty flavor.
