Unlike wheat noodles that break easily or are chewy like naengmyeon or jjolmyeon, these noodles are made only with barley, so you can feel a springy and chewy texture.

Be sure to stir the noodles when boiling them!
Barley noodles made solely from barley are a little different from wheat flour noodles.

After adding the noodles to the boiling water, be sure to stir once.
