The deep flavor comes from mixing the samchae grown directly in Jangseong, Jeollanam-do, with myeongran and fermenting it at low temperatures.
Only basic seasonings were added to bring out the original flavor of the pollack roe. This is a traditional salted seafood that can be used as a side dish for various dishes.
Please freeze until ready to eat, and refrigerate after opening.
